ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
1.
Operational or manufacturing experience
2.
Industrial background
3.
Worked in China with an MNC at least 10 years in a
manufacturing environment.
4.
Excellent spoken and written English; Excellent spoken and
written Mandarin
5.
Well-rounded business background-including marketing,
operations, finance-with a firm understanding of P&L and balance
sheet
6.
Demonstrated, strong leadership and management experience by
leading successful operations improvement initiatives
7.
Able to perform with honesty, integrity and at the highest
level of legal and ethical standards in all business situations
