Main Responsibilities
- Quite well understand customers' /sales' request concerning new
product development, which should be interpreted to sketching,
adapting to standard platform or standard components and structures.
- Track on new or revised Product Development – to ensure the
PD is able to meet the required date for customer viewing of sample
or launching on new product. Monitor on the overall product
development schedule to optimize PD output, satisfying
customers'/sales' needs to utmost.
- Control all product and its related material code accordingly to
the company & system guideline. Update the info as and
when required and ensure relevant party received the updated
information and able to expedite/process their work.
- Provide accurate & with sense quotation to Sales and managing
the selling pricing with guideline given so that company's GP is
being look after.
- Manage and analyze product & material efficiency – based
on market demand, customer consumption indication… The
information will help to set in future direction on models / materials.
- Handle all customers – new sample, including quality
checking, working with sales admin on the shipment.
- Monitor overall selling price and its control of GP
Required:
- above bachelor degree major in technical design or the related
field;
- at least 5 years of working experiences in product development or management;
- familiar with sofa product and development
- good in English writing and speaking;
- excellent communication and management skills;
- open-minded
- good leadership
